Massage

If what you are looking for is an excellent relaxiation massage, do not be put off by my sports massage background. Because of the unparalleled training we receive in Swedish Massage you will not get a better relaxation massage anywhere. Your massage can be as firm and deep, or as gentle as you like. Also, be assured that as sports massage therapists, we have a far more comprehensive technical "toolbag" to ensure the fullest relaxation of all your aching muscles.

Outside my therapy work, my main interests include: music, theatre, latin amd ballroom dancing, healing and meditation.

Music

Prior to training in massage therapy, I earned my living as a musical director conducting shows in the West End such as 'Miss Saigon' and 'Cats'. I originally trained as a classical pianist and conductor, andnow I divide my working week between running my therapy practice and teaching the piano and music theory. Nowadays I still do a smallamount of theatre work, but I devote most of my creative energies to song writing.

Healing

I also meditate on a regular basis. It is my way of dealing with stress, and also helps me to keep in touch with myself. I am also a keen and experienced spiritual healer. I am happy to incorporate spiritual healing into your massage treatments wherever desired or appropriate.
